How does this work with my studio management system like Jackrabbit or Dance Studio Pro?

The Automated Trial Class System™ is a front-end marketing tool that’s intended to streamline and automate the trial class registration process for your studio. It does not replace your studio management system. It’s sole purpose is to help you get more students, not manage your students.

 

Right now, our system can talk to Studio Director and Dance Studio Pro, which is how we remove parents from marketing campaigns when they enroll (automatically, of course).

 

So the Trial Class System helps you better manage and streamline your marketing, whereas your studio management system helps you manage the family and the student(s) once they enroll. 🙂

How long does it take to get started?

After you pay for your first month, you’ll be up and running in about three business days. We have to build a mini site which hosts your trial class system and simply because there’s individualized support involved in the on boarding process, you should allow two business days for this process to be complete (and then an additional day for you to input your classes). 🙂

How does this work with my website?

That’s easy! After you get started, we’ll build your system and then give you a link that you can promote via Facebook, email, your website, social media, you name it. Just add a link called “trial” in the navigation menu of your website. When a parent clicks that link, they’ll be taken to your system to book a class.

Can I create a schedule unique to specific classes or age groups?

Absolutely! Let’s pretend you need to boost enrollment in your 3 and 4 year old classes. Simply create a schedule that shows only those classes.

 

You can also create schedules specific to an instructor, class type, day of the week, etc. The Trial Class System can be completely customized to work in tandem with the classes and programs you already offer at your studio.

Can I cancel classes on specific dates? What if a class fills up?

Yes you can! In most cases, we understand that your classes will recur weekly at the same time, on the same day of the week. In the event you need to cancel specific dates, you can do so quickly by logging in and adding those cancelled dates to the settings of a specific class. Optionally, you can set the capacity of a class so that it’s automatically removed from the online calendar once it’s full and/or manually remove a class at anytime. You’re in control!

Does the Trial Class System sync with my email service provider?

The Automated Trial Class System™ syncs with Drip because traditional email marketing platforms like Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and GetResponse can’t communicate with your studio management system and they can’t trigger automated reminder emails or follow up campaigns either.

 

Drip can handle all of your studio’s marketing campaigns and since we collect a child’s age on the opt in form, Drip will automatically change that child’s age on their birthdate so that your marketing lists are always up to date.

 

If you’re open to it, Drip would replace your existing email service provider. We’ve worked with Drip to offer free migration though, that way you don’t have to worry about transferring your contacts yourself.

What is Drip?

In order to perform automated functions such as removing parents from a marketing campaign when they enroll and/or sending automated reminders (dynamically) for a specific class, we had to sync our system with something more robust than a standard email service provider such as GetResponse, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp.

 

Drip delivers the automated reminder emails to a parent about their class and it helps Studio Owners like you segment your marketing, that way you send relevant information to prospective parents, ultimately resulting in higher open rates and faster conversions.

 

When a trial class is over, Drip can trigger a series of predetermined emails that offer the parent an incentive to enroll now versus later.

 

And when they get around to enrolling, Drip can communicate with Studio Director and Dance Studio Pro to automatically remove that parent who enrolled from all marketing campaigns.

 

This is all possible because of the way the Automated Trial Class System™ passes a subscriber’s information to Drip. It all starts with our system but is more or less possible because of Drip. 🙂

Is it worth the money? Why $67?
