How does this work with systems like Jackrabbit, Studio Director, or Dance Studio Pro?

How much are your marketing services?

Marketing services, as well as custom projects, are one-time investments. Services that cover maintenance or management are recurring investments added to your monthly plan. What's included when I buy a Facebook ad campaign?

The short? We do everything except targeting, simply because that aspect of each campaign is specific to your market (and it’s impossible for us to understand every market worldwide). However, we’re happy to help you with targeting during a private coaching call, but it’s not something we do my default for each campaign.

What do I get when joining Dance Studio Desk?

Your monthly subscription includes Studio Sitebuilder™ and the Trial Class System™ as well as QuickStart Videos, Live Monthly Coaching, the Studio Marketing Vault, website hosting, and email support. Additionally, all members can add marketing services on demand. As a bonus, all members get free access to the landing page software we’re building for studios.

What about contracts? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Simply pay next month’s membership fee to exit. You can get your money back anytime within the first 60 days. Service fees are non-refundable because we have no way to revoke a service once it’s fulfilled. Even if you cancel, we’ll let you keep everything we created for your studio.

Do I have to purchase anything else to use your marketing services?

All of our marketing systems integrate with Drip, an email service and automation software. This tool is free until you’ve generated 100 leads and replaces outdated email service providers like Constant Contact, GetResponse, or Mailchimp. Additionally, we recommend activating a LeadPages subscription to hold you over until our landing page software is available.

Do I build my own website using Studio Sitebuilder™ or hire you to do it for me?

Do it yourself or let us do it for you! Pay $99 one time to get a copy of our demo site then customize the template to fit your studio, or purchase our Website Rollover Service ($998) and we’ll happily build a new website for your studio. Your membership includes free website hosting no matter which option you choose.

How are your tools different than Jackrabbit, Studio Director and Dance Studio Pro?

Jackrabbit, Studio Director and Dance Studio PRO help you manage a family once they’re enrolled, but fail to help you effectively market your studio. That’s how we’re different. Yes, there’s some overlap in how the tools function but we specialize in creating marketing (not management) tools. After all, what’s the point of a management tool if you don’t have any students to manage?

What exactly is included with Website Setup?

To use our drag-and-drop website builder, simply pay a one-time investment of $99. This covers the licensing fee associated with copying our demo site for you to use, as well as technical support when you’re ready to go live. You can build your new site while your existing one is live, and then transition to the new website once it’s complete.
