I've spent the last two years working with hundreds of studios owners in four countries across the world.
I ate dinner with their families, taught classes at their studio, talked with their students' parents, and of course, helped them revamp their marketing and create a plan to grow their business.
I also spent a lot of one-on-one time with them learning about what they struggle with and helping them find solutions to save more time and money, and get more students.
And through it all, I learned three things:
First, I learned that studios don't thrive because of their people, they thrive because of their systems (and more specifically, automation).
Second, I discovered that successful Studio Owners are only focusing on 8 things to build their business.
Now, these 8 things (what I call "pillars") exist in every successful studio, and whether you recognize it or not, you've probably started building many of these pillars in your studio.
